COL BKB: Alabama 75, UL-Monroe 61

TUSCALOOSA, Ala., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Alonzo Gee and Mykal Riley each scored 22 points Tuesday as the seventh-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide pulled away in the second half to beat UL-Monroe, 75-61.

Gee had 10 rebounds and Riley nine for the Crimson Tide (6-0). Richard Hendrix added 18 points and 12 rebounds and Jermareo Davidson added 12 points and 12 rebounds for Alabama.

Tony Hooper scored 19 points, and Jonas Brown 17 for the losing Warhawks (3-4), who are 0-4 on the road this season.

UL-Monroe led 37-36 at halftime and by five points early in the second half.
