David Howell, tied with Singh after 36 holes, had a 73 Saturday and is tied for fourth place with Brett Quigley (70) and Fredrik Jacobson (72) at 6-under 207.

Wind gusts at close to 30 miles per hour greeted the players on Saturday. Only 11 of the 84 players who teed it up in the third round broke 70.

"It was swirling and going different ways," said Andrade, who won this title in 1991. "It was a very difficult day to play."
