NBA: New York 96, Cleveland 94

NEW YORK, April 6 (UPI) -- Jamal Crawford sank a jump shot with just 6.2 seconds left Wednesday night as the New York Knicks surprised Cleveland, 96-94.

Overall, Crawford had 37 points, five rebounds and four assists; Eddy Curry added 16 points and three rebounds; and off the bench; Jackie Butler had 12 points and nine rebounds for the lowly Knicks (20-54), who snapped a nine-game slide and a five-game losing streak at Madison Square Garden.

LeBron James totaled 36 points, two rebounds, seven assists, and three steals; Drew Gooden added 19 points and 12 rebounds while Flip Murray had 18 points, four rebounds and two assists for the Cavaliers (45-30).

Cleveland's road record fell to just 16-20.
