ANAHEIM, Calif., April 2 (UPI) -- Teemu Selanne and Samuel Pahlsson scored two goals apiece Sunday as Anaheim beat the Vancouver Canucks, 6-2.
Francois Beauchemin and Ryan Getzlaf both had a goal and one assist; Rob Niedermayer, Scott Niedermayer, Andy McDonald and Jonathan Hedstrom had two assists; and goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 27 saves for the Mighty Ducks (39-23-12).
Anaheim has won its last two games and rose to a franchise-record 24 home-ice wins this season.
Todd Bertuzzi and Mattias Ohlund both scored goals; Jonathan Hedstrom had two assists; and goalies Alexander Auld and Mika Noronen yielded six goals on the 30 shots they faced for the Canucks (40-29-7).
Vancouver has lost two in a row and is five points behind first place Calgary in the Northwest Division. It is one point behind idle Colorado for sixth place in the Western Conference playoff chase.
