NBA: Detroit 84, Cleveland 72

CLEVELAND, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Rasheed Wallace and Richard Hamilton scored 24 points and 22 points respectively Monday to lead the Detroit Pistons to an 84-72 win over Cleveland.

Chauncey Billups added 15 points and 12 assists for the Pistons, who won their sixth game in a row and improved to a league-best 21-7 on the road.

The Pistons beat the Cavaliers, 90-78, Sunday at Auburn Hills. In that game, Wallace sent an elbow to Cleveland's Zydrunas Ilgauskas, causing the center to receive stitches to close a head wound. On Monday, the NBA fined Wallace $5,000.

LeBron James scored 26 points for the Cavaliers, who lost their fourth game in a row. Ilgauskas had 18 points and 15 rebounds.
