Tommie Harris' wife dies

TUCSON, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Mustafa Shakur had 17 points, five rebounds and four assists Saturday to help No. 23 Arizona beat Southern California, 74-63.
Hassan Adams added 16 points and three assists; Chris Rodgers had 11 points, three rebounds and three assists; and Ivan Radenovic recorded 10 points, nine rebounds and four assists for the Wildcats (10-4, 3-1 Pac-10), who bounced back from an 85-79 loss at home to UCLA on Thursday.
Gabe Pruitt had 19 points and three rebounds; Lodrick Stewart added 16 points and seven rebounds; and Nick Young had 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Trojans (11-4, 2-2 Pac-10), who trailed by only two points at halftime.
USC committed 17 turnovers while Arizona made 16.
