NFL: Tampa Bay 27, Atlanta 24 (OT)

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Matt Bryant booted a 41-yard field goal with 15 seconds left in overtime Saturday as Tampa Bay beat Atlanta, 27-24.

The loss eliminated the Falcons from post-season contention.

Carnell "Cadillac" Williams rushed for 150 yards and one touchdown on 31 carries. Chris Simms was 29-of-42 for 285 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, Joey Galloway made eight receptions for 97 yards, and Alex Smith added 75 yards on eight catches for the Buccaneers (10-5), who moved into a first place tie with Carolina in the NFC South.

Michael Vick went 16-for-26 for 161 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He added 63 yards rushing on 11 attempts, while T.J. Duckett rushed for 32 yards and a touchdown on 11 attempts. Warrick Dunn had 59 yards on 14 carries for the Falcons (8-7), who have lost five of their last seven games.
