MLB: Florida 8, Los Angeles 3

LOS ANGELES, May 18 (UPI) -- Home runs by Carlos Delgado, Miguel Cabrera and Damion Easley in a five-run sixth Wednesday send Florida past Los Angeles, 8-3.

Delgado produced a two-run shot, after which Cabrera and Easley delivered solo affairs.

Josh Beckett (6-3) got the win by giving up two runs on five hits over six innings. The setback was the fourth for the Dodgers in five games.

Jeff Weaver (4-3) allowed six runs on 10 hits over 5 2/3. He let a 2-1 lead get away in the sixth.
