Nadal beats Coria for Italian title

ROME, May 8 (UPI) -- Spanish teenager Rafael Nadal overcame Guillermo Coria in a five-set battle and won the Italian Masters Sunday.

The 18-year-old Nadal won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (8-6) for his third straight tournament win.

The match lasted five hours and 14 minutes.

Nadal has won five ATP titles this year.
