MLB: Baltimore 7, Tampa Bay 4

BALTIMORE, May 1 (UPI) -- Melvin Mora hit two home runs and Miguel Tejeda and Jay Gibbons one each for Baltimore in a 7-4 win Sunday over the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

The Orioles have won eight straight games. Tampa Bay has lost seven in a row.

Bruce Chen (3-1) got the win, yielding seven hits and three runs in six innings. Chen struck out seven.

Dewon Brazelton (1-5) took the loss and Toby Hall homered for the Devil Rays.
