OAKLAND, Calif., April 30 (UPI) -- Ichiro Suzuki had three hits and drove in two runs Friday night, leading Seattle past Oakland, 4-2.
Bret Boone contributed a solo homer for the Mariners, who made a winner out of Aaron Sele.

Sele (2-2) allowed one run on seven hits over seven innings. Eddie Guardado, the last of Seattle's five pitchers, picked up his eighth save with a perfect ninth.
The loss went to Dan Haren (1-3), who gave up three runs on six hits over seven innings.
