MONTE CARLO, Monaco, April 16 (UPI) -- Defending champion Guillermo Coria of Argentina and Rafael Nadal of Spain will meet Sunday in the final of the Monte Carlo Masters tennis tournament.
Coria advanced in Saturday's semifinals with a 6-2, 7-5 win over two-time Monte Carlo champion Juan Carlos Ferrero to reach his first ATP final of the year.

Coria, the 2004 French Open runner-up, has won his last 11 matches in Monte Carlo.
Nadal defeated Richard Gasquet of France 6-7 (6-8), 6-4, 6-3 in a battle of 18-year-olds.
Sunday's winner of this $2.825 million Masters Series event will earn $438,000.
