SAN ANTONIO, March 6 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili had 31 points, eight rebounds and seven assists Sunday night while leading the San Antonio Spurs to a 101-94 victory over the Utah Jazz.

Tony Parker 14 for San Antonio, which won despite losing All-Star center Tim Duncan to a sprained right ankle.

Duncan left the game at the 8:12 mark of the third quarter after he went up to block a shot, but landed awkwardly on teammate Rasho Nesterovic's foot. He scored 12 points in 23 minutes for the Spurs, who won their fourth straight.

Keith McLeod had 18 points for the Jazz. Raja Bell added 17 and Andrei Kirilenko 16.
