SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan scored 30 points Wednesday night and San Antonio finished the game on a 20-5 run to defeat Houston, 99-81.
San Antonio won for the eighth time in 10 games with Tony Parker scoring 22 and Manu Ginobili adding 18. It was the Spurs' 18th straight home triumph.

Houston was trailing by just three under the five-minute mark before San Antonio went on its closing surge.
The Rockets were led by Tracy McGrady's 22 points. Yao Ming added 20.
During San Antonio's fourth-quarter rush, Duncan made what was only the 21st three-point shot of his eight-year career.
