Italy's Pennetta wins Bogota championship

BOGO=TA, Colombia, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Flavia Pennetta of Italy won the Copa Colsanitas tennis tournament in Bogota Sunday.

The 22-year-old Pennetta, the second seed, defeated Lourdes Dominguez Lino of Spain 7-6 (-7-4), 6-4 in the championship match.

Dominguez Lino, a qualifier, had beaten top seed and defending champion Fabiola Zuluaga in the semifinals.
