NBA suspends Stephen Jackson

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- The National Basketball Association suspended Indiana's Stephen Jackson for one game Thursday.

Jackson verbally abused officials following Indiana's one-point loss to Toronto Wednesday night. He was called for a foul on Toronto's Jalen Rose with four-tenths of a second remaining and Rose went on to make the winning free throws.
