CLEVELAND, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored 22 points Saturday as the Cleveland Cavaliers knocked off the New York Knicks, 104-79.
The Cavaliers have won three straight and six of their last eight games.

Tim Thomas paced the Knicks with 17 points as New York suffered its fourth straight loss and sixth in its last nine games.
The Cavaliers led 87-59 after three quarters.
New York suffered its seventh consecutive loss at Cleveland.
Cleveland took a 44-26 lead midway through the second quarter thanks to a 13-0 run culminated by an Anderson Varejao's three-point play.
