NBA: Phoenix 110, Washington 96

PHOENIX, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Shawn Marion had 36 points, 14 rebounds and six steals Saturday night to direct the Phoenix Suns to a 110-96 victory over the Washington Wizards.

Quentin Richardson added 19 points and Steve Nash had 13 points and 11 assists for the Suns, who won their eighth in a row and picked up their NBA-best 21st victory of the year.

Antawn Jamison scored 25 points and pulled down nine rebounds for the Wizards, who have dropped three of their last four. Larry Hughes and Gilbert Arenas each scored 19 points in the loss.
