LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- The Detroit Pistons edged the Los Angeles Clippers 99-96 Monday in double-overtime.
Detroit's Chauncey Billups hit a three-point shot and four free throws in the second extra session.

Billups and Richard Hamilton scored 20 points and Rasheed Wallace added 18 for the Pistons.
Corey Maggette had 25 points, Chris Wilcox 24 and Elton Brand 21 for the Clippers.
