Arizona claims safety Ohalete from 'Skins

TEMPE, Ariz., Aug. 18 (UPI) -- The Arizona Cardinals claimed safety Ifeanyi Ohalete off waivers from the Washington Redskins Wednesday.

Ohalete started 15 games last season for the Redskins and had a career-high 105 tackles with three interceptions and two forced fumbles.

He had fallen on the depth chart with the emergence of rookie Sean Taylor and second-year man Andre Lott and was placed on waivers on Tuesday.
