CARSON, Calif., Aug. 5 (UPI) -- San Diego quarterback Doug Flutie underwent arthroscopic knee surgery and will miss two weeks of training camp.
Flutie, 41, began experiencing soreness in his left knee last Saturday and has not practiced since.

There are only two quarterbacks left in the Chargers' camp -- Drew Brees and Cleo Lemon, who was on the practice squad last year.
Philip Rivers, drafted in the first round this year and expected to challenge for the starting spot, remains unsigned.
