MLB: Atlanta 3, Florida 2 (10 innings)

ATLANTA, April 18 (UPI) -- Miguel Cabrera lost Johnny Estrada's fly ball with two outs in the 10th Sunday as Andrew Jones scored from first to give Atlanta a 3-2 win over Florida.

Florida came into Atlanta riding a seven-game winning streak but was swept by the Braves for the first time since May 6-8, 1996.

Matt Perisho (2-1), who walked to Jones, was the loser. Estrada followed with a fly to medium right, but Cabrera never saw it.

The ball bounced to the right fielder who fired it to Luis Castillo. Castillo's relay appeared to beat Jones, but a slide avoided catcher Mike Redmond's tag.

Antonio Alfonseca (2-0) worked the 10th for the victory. Atlanta starter Mike Hampton worked seven-plus innings and held a 2-0 lead before giving way to Kevin Gryboski. Ramon Castro hit a two-run homer to tie the game.
