NBA: Sacramento 106, Cleveland 92

SACRAMENTO, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Peja Stojakovic and five teammates scored in double figures Wednesday night as Sacramento spoiled LeBron James' debut with a 106-92 win over Cleveland.

James, the heralded high schooler who was drafted No. 1 by Cleveland this year, was impressive in his first pro game with 25 points, seven rebounds, nine assists and four steals.

Stojakovic scored 18 of his 22 points in the first half in helping the Kings to a 13-point cushion at intermission. Cleveland rallied to take a brief, two-point lead in the fourth quarter before the Kings pulled away.

James, with cameras following his every move before and during the game, hit 12 of 20 shots from the floor and one of his three free-throw attempts. Cleveland went to the line just nine times.

Mike Bibby contributed 19 points for Sacramento and Vlade Divac had 18.
