MIAMI, July 15 (UPI) -- Onandi Lowe and MLS star Andy Williams gave Jamaica a 2-0 victory over Guatemala Tuesday night in the Gold Cup at the Orange Bowl.
The win gave Jamaica three points and a chance to advance to the quarterfinals, depending on the result of Thursday's Colombia-Guatemala game.

Guatemala has zero points and Colombia leads Group B. Both Jamaica and Colombia are plus-1 in goal differential should that come into play.
Lowe powered home the winner in the 40th minute with a left-footed blast through traffic. Williams, who plays for the Chicago Fire, added the icing in the 65th minute when he converted a penalty kick.
The 12-team tourney continues Wednesday night in Mexico City where Brazil is heavily favored over Honduras.
