Federer wins again at Weber Open

HALLE, Germany, June 13 (UPI) -- Roger Federer of Switzerland marched into the semifinals of the Gerry Weber Open Friday with a 7-5, 7-6 win over Younes El Aynaoui of Morocco.

He won the match despite twice blowing 3-0 leads. He admitted to being annoyed to have twice let his opponent back into the match.

"It disturbed me a lot but I was lucky to get out of it," Federer said. "It should have been easier."

First prize in the event is $100,500.
