Portland 125; Toronto 103

PORTLAND, Ore., March 13 (UPI) -- Damon Stoudamire scored a season-high 20 points Wednesday night and Derek Anderson added 18 as Portland rolled to a 125-103 victory over Toronto.

Stoudamire has been with Portland since 1998, but is not a favorite of new Coach Maurice Cheeks. He was averaging a career-low 18.6 minutes per game. Scottie Pippen has taken over point guard duties this season, but was sidelined for this game with a left knee injury, giving Stoudamire just his 10th start of the season against his former team.

Stoudamire scored nine points in a back-and-forth first quarter, but the Blazers dominated the second and third periods.

Portland made 30-of-39 shots from the floor in the middle quarters, and outscored Toronto, 69-36.
