Reiser hit with NASCAR fine

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Robbie Reiser, the crew chief

for Matt Kenseth, has been fined $30,000 by NASCAR after his car failed to pass an inspection after Sunday's Subway 400.

The car was found to be one-quarter inch below the minimum required height of 51 inches.

Kenseth took the lead with seven laps remaining at North Carolina Motor Speedway to win his second career NASCAR race.
