S.Korea allows human embryo research

SEOUL, July 16 (UPI) -- While definitely saying "no" to human cloning, the South Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare Tuesday recommended granting permission to use human embryos for the purpose of treating diseases -- creating a vital divide on borders between science and ethics.
