Twin Towers collapse study far from over

WASHINGTON, May 1 (UPI) -- The first study into factors behind the collapse of the World Trade Center towers and nearby buildings in New York City raised more questions than it answered, witnesses at a House hearing said Wednesday. Far more comprehensive research by the National Institute of Standards and Technology is needed before building codes can be changed, they said.
