PALM SPRINGS, Fla., Feb. 4 (UPI) -- A Florida man didn’t get cooled down by having a beer dumped on him -- he got heated up.

Estrada was doing yardwork near his home when he was doused with the beer. After having the beer dumped on him, Estrada was able to track the Jeep down in his Expedition. He admitted to the shooting and called it a "mistake.”

The two men who dumped the beer on Estrada told police that it was a "very stupid prank.” During the confrontation in the cars, the driver of the Jeep reportedly threw a second beer at Estrada after he realized he was being shot at.

According to deputies, Estrada said he shot at the Jeep because he thought it was coming right for him. He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of firing a missile into a vehicle and one count of discharging a firearm from a vehicle. Estrada does have a concealed weapons permit,
