Nov. 19 (UPI) -- A Drexel University professor who turned Philadelphia's LED-lit Cira Centre skyscraper into a supersized Pong game during Philly Tech Week 2013 has won a spot in the book of Guinness World Records for the largest architectural video game display.

Dr. Frank Lee turned a 60,000-square-foot screen at the Centre into a giant version of the classic arcade game and allowed players to control the game from the Philadelphia Museum of Art via a joystick.

Drexel officials found out about the honor on Friday.

"Pong is a cultural icon, cultural milestone," Lee said. "This is my love letter to the wonders of technology as seen through the eyes of my childhood."
