The South Florida SPCA Horse Rescue said the pony was found wandering in Palmetto Bay about 4:30 a.m. Thursday with no identifying tags or owner in sight. Advertisement The group said the equine, described as an "old girl," is "hopefully just a crafty escape artist." The SPCA is asking anyone with information about the horse's owner to contact Palmetto Bay police.
