The leopard was spotted Thursday morning in the Sohna, Gurgaon district, and local wildlife authorities cordoned off the area while attempting to capture the big cat. Five residents were trapped inside the house for hours while authorities worked to capture the feline. Police said the leopard was tranquilized and captured after a five hour pursuit.
