April 6 (UPI) -- A squirrel spotted holding a taco shell in a tree in New York may carry on the legacy of other viral animals such as "Pizza Rat."

Twitter user Maria Bianchi shared a photo of the squirrel snacking on the taco shell, while perched on a tree branch in Brooklyn.

"Move over, Pizza Rat," she wrote.

While it is unclear how the hungry squirrel got a hold of the taco shell, some suggested the squirrel and the famous "Pizza Rat" would make a good team.

"Pizza Rat" became a viral sensation in September of 2015 when it was spotted carrying an entire slice of pizza in a New York subway in what some called "the most New York thing ever."
