March 6 (UPI) -- A dashboard camera in a vehicle traveling on a Houston highway captured the moment a semi truck jackknifed across four lanes of traffic.

The video, time-stamped just after 2 p.m. Friday, shows the 18-wheeler lose control on Highway 59 after apparently slamming on the brakes to avoid colliding with slowed traffic ahead.

The truck jackknifes across four lanes of traffic, narrowly avoiding cars on the busy road.

There were no reports of injuries.
