Florida man rescues dumpster-trapped raccoon, gives it a lecture

A Florida man used a wooden plank to rescue a raccoon that trapped itself in a dumpster while searching for food.

The video shows a raccoon inside a nearly empty dumpster in Hollywood trying unsuccessfully to escape from its predicament.

The raccoon tries climbing and jumping, but is unable to reach the ledge without a boost.

The man has another man retrieve a wooden plank so he can free the raccoon, but not before giving it a little grief.

"What were you thinking?" the man asks.

The raccoon is able to climb the plank to safety.

"OK, don't do that again," the man says.
