CURITIBA, Brazil, June 13 (UPI) -- An attention-loving monkey at a Brazilian sanctuary was filmed mugging for the camera and making funny faces while reaching out toward a volunteer.

The video, posted to YouTube by Swiatoczamigoski, shows a brown wolly monkey at the Jaguar Breeding Project, or Criadouro Onca Pintada, in Brazil showing a fascination with a volunteer's camera.

The monkey reaches out through the fence of his enclosure to try to grab hold of the camera, but settles for making faces into the recording device when the volunteer, named Goska, pulls it out of his reach.

"During my stay at Criadouro Onca Pintada in Brazil I recorded the brown wolly monkey, which gets interested in my camera," Goska wrote. "It tries to get my camera or hidden from it. It was also making funny faces."
