ROCKLIN, Calif., Feb. 1 (UPI) -- A California YouTuber tested out the durability of the iPhone 6s' 7000 series aluminum by putting a brand new phone under the chain of a dirt bike.

The video, posted to YouTube by TechRax, shows the vlogger peeling the plastic off the brand new gold-colored iPhone 6s with 7000-series aluminum casing and showing how the gadget is in functioning condition.

The filmer then jams the iPhone between the chain and gear of a dirt bike and slowly accelerates the bike to make the phone travel across the gear.

The phone's journey leaves it with a track of holes and the user flips it around to make it go through again on the other side, again causing a series of punctures.

The no-longer-working iPhone is left in a "banana formation."
