Lavery, who is pointing the camera at himself selfie-style, says he "just wants to see them get it out," gesturing with his head toward firefighters.
Lavery and his friend soon get their wish, as the firefighters spray the dumpster with the water hose. The flaw in Lavery's plan becomes immediately apparent as he and the woman find themselves knocked over by the water.
"This is why you don't stick around when things are on fire," Lavery wrote in the video's description.
