Dog runs head-first into net, performs perfect 'front flip'

PORTLAND, Ore., July 14 (UPI) -- A Portland dog owner captured footage of their prized pooch running head-first into a net and accidentally performing his "first front flip."

The YouTube video shows the dog, Chai, running head-first into a net barrier at Woodstock City Park in Portland and doing a "front flip" to land on his feet on the other side of the net, where he continues to run and retrieves a Frisbee.

The owner described the video on Reddit as "my dog's first front flip."

"Hold my bone while I take this jump," the owner joked.
