Adamson was wanted on a parole violation and he was highly intoxicated when officers found him. The 57-year-old reportedly had a small amount of methamphetamine on him at the time of his arrest.

The parolee left the bin voluntarily and was booked into the Shasta County Jail on the outstanding warrant.

He may face drug charges for the meth that was found.
