A man in Lawton, Oklahoma says he was chasing a $20 bill into a storm drain when he got stuck. Once in the drain, the man wandered around trying to figure a way out but got lost. Authorities say that when he was found he was 10-15 feet underground in a drain that was only 42 inches in diameter. The police said that he had a bump on his head and was a little confused about his location and what day it was.
