Oklahoma City man arrested after getting mail in the nude then masturbating

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 7 (UPI) -- An Oklahoma man was arrested on Wednesday after he was seen getting his mail while naked and then masturbating while a 14-year-old boy lingered outside his home.

Oklahoma City police responded to calls about a man going to get his correspondence from his mailbox while naked and arrived at the home of 68-year-old Hillard Stallings.

A woman confirmed to police that she and her three children saw Stallings naked in his front yard. According to officers, he was standing in his yard for about 10 minutes. Stallings admitted he was registered sex offender, but declined to hand over his ID.

Even though he was uncooperative, one officer remained near Stallings’ home to see if his lewd behavior would continue. “Our officers who were on this call happened to realize it was getting close to the time that school was letting out, obviously we're concerned for kids that could possibly have been walking past the house,” Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow of the Oklahoma City Police Department told KOCO.

After about five minutes, the officer observed a 14-year-old boy standing in front of Stallings' house. He then saw Stallings outside his house, "shaking his penis and thrusting his hips out" towards the boy.

Stallings was arrested and charged with three counts of indecent exposure, one count of failure to register as a sex offender, and one count of disorderly conduct by masturbating in public.
