“Obama Has Released The Homo Demons On The Black Man; Look Out Black Woman; A White Homo May Take Your Man.”
Pastor James David Manning told the New York Daily News that he erected the sign because more gays have come into the neighborhood due to gentrification.
“It’s an attempt to save the black family,” Manning said. “There is a major problem in the black family with the absence of black fathers, black husbands.”

Harlem residents are not really digging the sign.
“It’s just appalling,” said Rochelle Hill, who lives on the next block. “It’s a poor representation of our neighborhood. It’s just hate.”
Manning has put up other offensive messages in the past, including one that saying that Obama “Used Black Vote To Uncle Tom For Wall St.”
“A church is supposed to be a place that’s all inclusive,” said Harlem resident Ronald Flagg. “What does Obama have to do with people being homosexual? He has enough to deal with in this country.”
