POMPANO BEACH, Fla., June 21 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a 20-year-old woman busted for her second alleged drunken driving offense wasn't wearing pants at the time of her arrest.

The arrest report said Natalie Delgado, 20, of Pompano Beach, wasn't wearing pants early Wednesday when she was pulled over on Interstate 595 and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Friday.

Judge John Hurley set bond for Delgado, who was previously arrested on a DUI charge in February, at $25,000.

"You've been arrested for DUI twice now ... clearly you didn't learn from that, and now you're out drinking tequila and driving again and not wearing pants," Hurley said. "The court's very concerned, ma'am. You're out of control.

"Ma'am, when you're arrested for DUI and you're not wearing pants, there sometimes is a connection between unusual behavior -- not wearing your clothes -- and the level of intoxication," Hurley said. "The court believes you're a danger not only to yourself, but everyone else in the community. You're not even supposed to be drinking."
