Real estate boss offers raises for employees with company tattoos

NEW YORK, May 1 (UPI) -- A New York real estate company is offering a 15 percent raise to employees who get the company's logo tattooed on their bodies.

Rapid Realty owner Anthony Lolli said he was inspired by an employee who decided to get a tattoo of the company's logo without wanting anything in return, WCBS-TV, New York, reported Wednesday.

"He calls me up, he says 'Hey Anthony, I'm getting the logo on me.' I show up at the shop and I'm like 'this is cool, how can I repay you?'" Lolli said.

Lolli said a total 40 employees have now been inked with the company's logo and have been rewarded with 15 percent pay raises. He said there are no restrictions on location or size of the tattoo and the company picks up the bill for the tattoos.

Lolli said he has yet to receive his own tattoo, but he is planning to get one in the near future.
