Joseph Sylvester, who won his first jackpot in April, matched all five numbers for the Cash 5 drawing July 3 with the ticket he purchased from the 7-Eleven on South Fern Street in Arlington, WUSA-TV, Washington, reported Thursday. Advertisement Sylvester said he used Easy Pick, which uses a computer to randomly select the numbers for the ticket. The numbers were 11-15-19-26-27. "It feels great to win. I guess the only advice I have is: Expect to win," Sylvester said. He said he plans to continue playing the lottery.
