Karaoke singer sought in DJ's car burglary

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 17 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said they are searching for a burglary suspect who made the mistake of targeting a location where she had been photographed singing karaoke.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the karaoke night DJ reported his vehicle had been burglarized between 2 and 3 a.m. June 4 in the parking lot of Betty's Tavern and the incident was caught on a surveillance camera, First Coast News reported Friday.

Investigators said the victim recognized the woman in the video and showed them a picture taken earlier the same night of the suspect, identified by the sheriff's office as Traci Bullard, singing karaoke at the bar.

The sheriff's office said a warrant was issued for Bullard's arrest and she was being sought by deputies.
