JACKSON, Mich., May 4 (UPI) -- Police in Michigan said a stripper chased after a man she claimed refused to pay for lap dances and was "half dragged, half swung" by his car.

Jackson police said the 23-year-old man left Potter's Gentleman's Club about 2 a.m. Tuesday and was followed by a 24-year-old stripper who accused him of failing to pony up for lap dances he had received, The Jackson Citizen-Patriot reported Tuesday.

Lt. Elmer Hitt said the woman opened the man's car door as he attempted to drive away and was "half dragged, half swung" between the door and the vehicle as he continued to drive a short distance.

Hitt said the man denied owing any money and he was cited for driving on a suspended license. No arrests were made and the names of those involved were not released.
