CINCINNATI, May 3 (UPI) -- Police in Ohio said a naked man running in Cincinnati's Flying Pig Marathon was shocked with a Taser and placed under arrest after he refused to stop.

Cincinnati police said Brett Henderson, 35, of St. Paris, Ohio, refused orders from a police officer to stop running and get into a patrol car at 7:28 a.m. during Sunday's marathon, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported Monday.

Police said Henderson was warned he would be stunned with a Taser if he did not stop but he continued to run and refused to stop until the officer used the Taser.

Henderson, who was not a registered participant, was charged with public indecency and obstructing official business.
